 Overview
 Description
Basically an original one-room frontier cabin that has been added onto over the years. It sits on a 100 acre farm that is partly wooded. The house is now two stories and has 3 bedrooms. It had power but never any running water. There was originally 6 buildings on the site: main house, garage, coal bunker, shed, outhouse, and barn. All of these structures were made of fine wormy chestnut.

     Future Plans
Most of the out-building and garages/barns have been scrapped for their wood. The main house will never be demolished (due to a legal provision in the families will).
