The house is really ugly as is the surrounding area which is littered with various of the past owner's belongings. The location is at the corner of two less important streets but they are vital corridors for commuters coming in and out of Toronto looking for a shortcut. There is also very nearby railway tracks, which, when the train whizzed by, was so loud I nearly crapped my pants. The access to the house is via a very steep driveway which leads into, for lack of a better term, a ditch, where the house is situated. NO ONE would want to buy this place now. I have trouble fathoming how anyone would have wanted to live here when it was new.
