     History
It used to be a housing project...part of it still is...was lower income housing..rough area with gangs and such. Massive complex a few tunnels too.

North half of the complex is now completely demolished. South half remains, but still occupied by residents. Just give it a few years and it will be ready to be demolised too...

UPDATE: January 2006 - Don Mount Court is completely demolished, all that remains is the hoarding that protects the site from vandals. There is a large concrete slab inside the site, that is covered with dirt.

     Future Plans
The entire site is being redeveloped to created a new neighbourhood of mixed social housing and market housing.

April 2006: There is a sales centre being constructed on the property facing Dundas Street, as it looks like the condo re-development might be taking off the ground.
