Description
A 16,091 sf. restaurant of sitting empty for 25+ years. Two floors and many rooms connected to a Day's Inn, formerly Mishawaka Inn. In its prime, whenever that was, it was apparently a very swanky place that had live music and possible private dining areas. The kitchen is huge, so it could have had banquet rooms as well. I happened to be there the same time as a contractor, he told me he was hired by the owner to price out demolishing the place. Silly me, I forgot to ask him who the owner was. (side note: he seemed a bit creeped out by the place and mentioned that he expected to come across a dead body or something.)
