 Description
Interesting art-deco style hotel. Five floors and a basement. All interior stairwells have disintegrated. Fire escapes still function (barely).

  • 2nd - 4th floors have collapsed on top of each other. 5th floor is starting to go as well, squatters... now that Palace is gone and Casino is fairly well locked up Asbury's homeless have moved onto the hotels

    Great views of Asbury's water front, when you can access a window I've been told that the grand ballroom on the first floor is worth checking out, I was unable to get to it on my visit. Great old neon sign and wacky interior wallpaper.
