An amazing complex... Torontos version of Whitby Psych. But if you want to check it out you better hurry, it is being demolished in September 2004
Unfortunately each wing of this complex is its own building connected to eachother only by hallways on the 1st floor. Therefore be careful when you are moving around the place. The security guards do random checks inside the building, and may even occupy an office or 2 within the building.

in the basement there is some mold in spots.

Alot of equipment still in place !!! i.e. film projectors, spotlights, etc...
Also alot of equipment in the hallways from the sale. Stuff that wasn't sold. Like actual professional TV Cameras and various other equipment.
