I grew up less then a mile from here and have a real sentemental connection to it-- this was the "haunted house" of my childhood. Yates, president of the Buffalo, Rochester and Pittsburg Railroad. Sold after his death a few years later to the Thayer family, who in turn sold it to Joe Coco in the 1990's. He recently sold it to Colson and Colson, the company is now converting it into a retirement home.
