Today used by the University of Minnesota, the Minneapolis Bomb Squad, the United States Navy, the local National Guard detachment, various contractors, and a few private farms. 06/2019 - Nothing remains. It is all mixed use development now, including farmland, U of M More Park Campus, Dakota County Tech, and a truck driving school. Some foundations and concrete footing remain between 155th and 160th, but nothing worth taking a trip for.  Media Coverage  Future Plans Plans to demolish some of the ruins are being discussed / implemented. The Vermillion Institute is being built there to address agriculture, land management, and genetic modification. Most of the land is now the University of Minnesota Outreach, Research, and Education plaza, aka UMORE Park. UPDATE 12/04 - Some demolition has been taking place, more and more equipment seen in garages near the HQ. Increase in vandalism at NE stacks, numerous new, large holes in brick walls of reservoir building.
