23 / 25   DSCF4853.jpg

Description
Upstairs room; kids room; all the upstairs rooms had the brochures spread around; BUT they also had no beds but they did have a folding style cot. ALL of them. four to five cots. This one had several strange foil packets and a stainless dog bowl.
I'm going to come back here to camp.

That's weird. If you were going to leave your house, why not take your cots, or give them to someone? Or were they more recent than the house's abandonment, do you think?

SQuatters/campers; the place has been toast since the early mid sixties

That would be an awesome camping trip - going from abandoned house to abandoned house. You'd get the feeling of sleeping outside without having to worry about rain. Of course, it would be more difficult to make a campfire...

Mat, you might just be on to something there; but there aren't enough like this, off the beaten path to have a bonfire in the backyard! Imagine; camping in a house in buffalo; Officer "just what are you doing?"
Us; "camping!" as I eat a smore.

haha, that's awesome! Unfortunately most of the abandoned houses in Buffalo are probably crack dens. There are some really sketchy neighborhoods there.
