| | URBEX flash game < on 8/4/2013 12:26 AM >
| | | Did a quick search but didn't see any obvious thread covering this. If you're jonesing for an excursion but don't want to leave the house (or you're like me and had to have a tendon in your hand reattached the other day  ), try this: http://www.addicti...mes/urbex-game.jsp I've only played it for about 10 minutes so far but its okay. It's nothing special from a gameplay perspective but it does seem to cover some of the URBEX staples (factory, silo, sewer, etc) even if the transitions are disjointed and don't make sense.

| | | Wasn't sure about this - I thought... urbex game ? At first - I saw something that said "Nickelodeon" - and I thought - WTF... a kids game ? - but I then I thought... "what the heck"... I'll try it. Result - may sound stupid - but I actually like the "game"... - found it enjoyable and interesting - thanks for posting it. You guys might want to give it a try. I got to Chapter 5 before I had to start dinner. Will continue l8r.

| | | Anyone else notice the Flurbex head in the main entrance in the opening level?? Nomeus better be getting a cut!
Edit: Checked with him, and though it is very similar they didnt rip him off lol [last edit 8/4/2013 4:21 PM by Send4Help - edited 1 times]
The Durango '95 purred away a real horrowshow - a nice, warm vibraty feeling all through your guttiwuts. And soon it was trees and dark, my brothers, with real country dark. |

| | | It was the first point and click game I've ever played through to the end. It was actually pretty good! The puzzles were pretty easy and the story in the end was worth it.

| | | Is that the one where you have to follow the trail of a tagger and photograph his tags? I tried using the photograph function to take pictures of things that looked like they would make good (if rote) subjects, and was mildly irritated that wasn't an aspect of the game.

| | | "Walkthrough: Urbex Monday, June 3rd, 2013 The term “urbex” stands for “urban exploration,” which is much cooler than rurex aka asking what’s with all the cows. Enter the darkness of Urbex, a creepy, atmospheric adventure in which your explorer photographs graffiti in a dilapidated factory. It’s dark, disturbing and, best of all, devoid of cows."

+1 And wat? I didn't know it'd walk you through stuff. I got to one part and was practically beating my head on a wall till I figured it out. Then I probably died like 20 times in a row at the end, that was aggravating. I finally took a screenshot as soon as I got to that part (then died), then went and pasted it to MSPAINT to look around and see what was up.

| | | Unless I am a complete retard (and I concede the possibility), it doesn't work in Chrome. I can pick up the skeleton key to start, but I can't open the door.

| | | Did you actually select the key so that you're holding it, from your top-of-the-screen backpack, then clicked on the door with the key selected? Or did you just assume that because you had the key, the door would open?

| | | Unfortunately, I didn't take a screenshot, but I got an even 100K on my first (and only) time through. Of course, I was also searching for the additional secret areas once I realized there were some.
