It has been converted from apartments, and the basement is currently being converted into something ??? The old street entrance, from when it was an apartment building. No longer used. click to view Basement construction. click to view No longer used entrance to the basement. click to view There are a set of washrooms in the basement for some reason, with all these pipes going all over the place. click to view The cool thing about this old building is that each floor has a balcony with one of these... click to view ...it is a garbage chute to here... click to view It is amazing this building was around long before the days of garbage collection. I would love to go back next year to see what kind of progress they have made on the basement.
