Have you seen Mojave? hehehe Aviation stuff is everywhere! From crash sites, to museums to static displays, to boneyards!!! But then again your up north and have Castle AFB that is on my really want to go to list!

| | | Oh, I've seen this place from the road, but haven't ever gotten close up, or in (as in this case) I've been to Castle, it's pretty nice, but the Boeing museum in Seattle blows it away. To give you an idea of how big an aircraft nerd I am, I've got the Boeing logo tattooed on my arm! -TheJ

| | | Since this place is an airport, one has to be extra careful... a lot more laws apply here than a simple trespass ticket. I would be down for this too... but you really need a good plan. You can see it legally, but it pretty much involves a short shuttle bus ride around the property and you are not allowed to go outside the bus, except at the end of the "tour" when they kick your ass off back to the public side of things.
