I don't doubt it. The hatch you saw was not the same thing this guy saw.
You're thinking of the escape hatch on the interior of battery 129, this guy found something entirely different.
By the way, I have been in the PSR room. The doors are not welded shut, there is a pad lock on the entrance, and with the right permissions, you can see the inside.

I especially didn't look specifically at the PSR site. Four times. I didn't once see a welded "escape" hatch, or the pad lock on the front blast doors.
I didn't go looking for the PSR site, because the first time you posted the blueprints. No. Not at all!

Hey..I was near hawk hill and i discovered an opening.. it appears that someone has cracked the concrete and the metal rung of the ladder are visible. Entrance appears sketchy.
I was wondering if anyone else had any intel on the matter
