funny story... i do armed security for a living and a couple nights a week i would pull a third shift at this hotel. i come in one night and this bus is sitting out there. i can hear the generator running but nobody comes to the door. i ask the hotel staff and manager whose bus it is because in my mind, someone is just loitering in our parking lot. nobody seems to know. days go by and the bus is still sitting there. every night i work, i check the parking lot and knock on this guys door, no answer. finally one night the driver comes to the door and im like, what the fuck guy, youve been here for days. hes like, "hey man! come on in! this is the cable guys bus, we have a room in the hotel too". he was super cool and we just bullshitted for like an hour. no climatic ending to the story, just hung out and snapped some shots.

the guy i worked for has a huge field behind the shop. one day drive into the field (where we park) and there is a all white semi. it was bthere for a week. i never asked. then as im working, i hear it fire up, and it goes away.
another week goes by and it comes back. but now with graffix! i was outside smoking. chucky get out the pax side and says "hey chris, wanna tour?" sure i say. he opens a small box on the back. the "door" is really a ramp. as it swings down and to the ground, i see....
2 top fuel drag bikes, a full shop, spares and workstaions. the top level is a golf cart, 60's era corvette, and lots of white crates. moving inside, there is everything needed to run these things. up front is a living area, tv, shower/shitter, nuke, sink, couch/bed, office? really?, with lots of small 12" lcd tvs built into the wall.
it stayed there over night and left the next day.
