| | | Gonna need some help flyering the art walk in downtown this Thursday. So far we've got 500 flyers out at clubs and a couple pages online. The art walk is something I can't do solo, though, for there will literally be thousands of people there. Please help the cause and join us that night. Also if you have not seen it check out "the art of urban exploration" page on face book. Sign up if you are coming and become an administrator to help pass the word along to your crowd. Thanks guys. | | | This is a late night rant:
So I might come of as a ass but I've got to get something off my chest. We expect a crowd of 200-300 people. Every single member of the core la group of explorers is helping, contributing or coming. But not a single person outside them on UER, that I know of, has shown interest. We have a dozen photographers sending work across country and we may be doing a summer version in San Fran. Do people just not care about something, that to my knowledge, has never been done in our neck of the woods. Www.artofurbanexploration.com or search events on facebook under the same title. | | | Rob, I signed up as 'attending' on FB. Though I'm not 100% positive I can be there since we'll be traveling back to ATL around that week...but I'm trying to delay as much as possible so as to make it out! I'm all about this thing, and I want to be there like a fly on a horse. Anything I can do to help out...let me know!

| | | This is a really great thing you're doing.......I support you in spirit, but I can't make it due to other commitments. Break a leg, kick ass, have a blast and all of you enjoy.

| | | Hey guys and ladies. As you may or may not know we are putting together an art show here in Los Angeles. We'll have 100 prints displayed as well as projection. But we need more video. I ask if you have artistic footage (time lapse great) please send it to Dav from the forums. He will be putting all the live action together. Here is his list of requirements. Thank you everyone. I have a sftp server that you can upload to. (Filezilla or Fugu should work fine, both free) Nazi pool rules: -Your video must be something that VLC can play (lol). -My projector is 720P native. 1080 is unwanted. -Prefer 16:9 ratio. -My MacBook pro with a dedicated nVidia chip must be able to play it (shouldn't be a problem unless your giving ms rae footage from a 5DII). -Give the files a meaningful file name . "yourname_title.mov" is good. -don't plan on there being any sound due to bands.8
