Nice bird and WTG on saving it! Looks like a Say's Phoebe, which is pretty unusual to find in an abandonment. They're usually in wide open spaces catching flying bugs, though they do like to make nests in buildings.

Sorry for the bird geekery but it's a nice change from the pigeons, crows, and owls you usually see at abandonments.
