|  | | | Does anybody know where I can get maps of storm drains in San Gabriel Valley, CA? I think this is LACDPW jurisdiction but their site doesn't offer anything useful. I am particularly interested in West Covina area.

| | | | Check with your city hall. If you give them a call or visit their website and email them. City Hall should have an Engineer's Office or Planning Department that keeps those records.
You might also want to read up on your state's Sunshine Laws. Those are the laws which require a public office to give you access to public records. I'm pretty sure drains are not exempt from these laws like security camera footage is. So give it a go.
