|  | | | It has been empty for over three years and I make it a frequent place of adventure because it's so interesting. Even spent the night at it a few times cause it's that amazing.
It is over ten rooms, an indoor pool and 4 car garage. Lately though someone started cleaning it up so I think it's getting ready to be sold so here some last pics of it.

| | | | I checked out your thread because we live in a 1980's "mansion" with an indoor pool and 4 car garage that was a foreclosure that had been abandoned for a couple years, but we are in California. Your pics remind me a lot of the condition of our house when we first looked at it. If it's showing any signs of being cared for, a bank may be getting ready to sell it or something. I know the bank that owned our house finally spruced up the pool and put a coat of paint on the house's exterior (a drop in the bucket but anything helped).

My thoughts exactly, definitely the blackest mold I've ever seen. Isn't black mold supposed to be extremely bad for you?
