|  | | | Spent the last three days camping out at the War Eagle Mine. Below are links to three short videos which briefly highlight certain parts of the trip. Much footage was left out. There probably isn't anything new in the videos that you haven't seen before. The only thing you might not have already seen would be in the second video listed which was taken from atop the mountain that overlooks the rear entrance to the mine. Topographic maps showed a mine tunnel way up there; we climbed up, found the tunnel, and had a really spectacular view from that vantage point!

This one was spur-of-the-moment. Sometimes that's the best way to do stuff. Looks like your Owens Valley trek was a success! Awesome pictures! That is a really great area up there -- Lone Pine, Big Pine, Independence, etc..
