| | | Hey whats up UER! I'm fairly new to the scene and I wanted to introduce myself to the West coast section of the forum. I've been reading around and some advice I picked up was to just drive around and have fun exploring, but yeah I don't wanna go someplace without some background info first, not into making trouble. Anyway, if anyone wants to send an invite my way that'd be cool. I know not everyone is keen on sharing locations to complete strangers Thanks Everyone!

| | | Welcome to the site from one noob to another! Anyway in addition to driving around, follow train tracks and check out the industrial sections of your town. Google earth is a great, if not dated way to check industrial sections as well. Make sure to look for dilapidated rooves(roofs) with obvious holes and overgrown landscaping. That is the biggest clue to a structures condition. One of my favorite ways to find stuff is to look for the locations of old military bases and housing through local history sites and archives, these places can be a goldmine thanks to the militaries general lack of responsibility pertaining to decommissioned areas. If you need to talk off of the general discussion board then use a PM (personal message). And FYI most people will not take kindley to people on here asking for hand-outs and site info. Have fun and good luck. [last edit 8/12/2010 7:51 PM by decrepitude - edited 1 times]

| | | Since you're in LB, check out Ft McArthur lower reservation near the Korean Bell. There's a museum there also. Or it was there two year ago.
