Indeed it is 
I have all original magazines in my Expo 67 collection. I have numbers from 1963 and goes until 197X, can't remember now. In a number, there are inside photos of the Dow (La bière officielle de l'Expo). Each magazine I own has a note inside saying "Avec les compliments du Maire de Montréal, Jean Drapeau" - almost had a heart attack when I found these!

that sounds neat... maybe you could hi-rez scan them and make one of those ipad digital book things that have become popular.
