	c'est vrai que ça fait un bout que c'est là. Mais depuis quelques temps les terrains vacants en ville diminuent rapidement, ça serait un bel emplacement pour construire un magasin grande surface, ou encore une tour à logement. la décontamination va se payer relativement bien avec le prix des condos en ville ces temps ci à voir... 	Surpris? Surpris! J'me demandais justement y'a pas longtemps si je devais y retourner... Merci de m'éviter la marche et la déception. J'imagine le succésseur comme étant commercial plus que résidentiel.
