	Found this old Officer's house in Park Presidio a while back just waiting to be torn down. Nice big house, shame it's in such a state. As you can see, some of the graffiti was hilarious. Not a bad fireplace. Needless destruction. The now-infamous graffiti. Death to you too, sir. Looks like a boob grab to me. Either way, a true artiste. Just brilliant. 40 or YO? Just look at that artwork on the wall. F#$!ing scrappers. I shoot them on site. How exactly do you burn a door like that? Vertigo. Ceiling is slowly collapsing all over the place. Everything is boarded up and screwed down. Exterior. House next door. Side entrance. Peephole. Veranda. Missing chandelier. I like the colors here. The pantry. A walk-in closet for your food. Yeah it's a nice house, it's a shame to see it falling down. Pretty sure it's gone now.
