A little mountain exploring last night

A friend and i went up to the Santa Ana Mountains in search of some cool photos last night (old radio towers, active radio towers, houses, etc). The clouds were super thick at 3,000 feet while driving on off camber roads with straight drop offs, so we found a place to turn around about 8pm and went back down to BBQ at his house. When we dipped below the clouds, we took a few moments to grasp how insignificant a man is to the world.

You can see a million miles tonite, but you can't get very far.

Well, haha. We were headed up to Beeks and Santiago (ive been to both lots), but that Chevy grenaded a front CV halfshaft while messing around on one of those nasty bypasses on the side of Skyline. That pretty much ended our drive anywhere past Oak Flat

Glad everyone likes the pano

Grenaded huh?

Reminds me of when my buddy and I pulled a Chevy 1500 outta the mud by Holy Jim with a Suzuki Samurai.

Oh and a Cherokee.

And a Commander.
