I know I'm probably really late here, but have you explored Loachapoka, Opelika, or Tallassee yet? I've seen a couple places worth exploring in those areas. The biggest one I've been dying to get into was a place out near Tallassee by a river. Really tall building, but I think all the floors collapsed or something. It was empty.
And You would have to avoid cops, but climbing some of the school buildings and getting on their roof tops is really, really fun! I was proposed to on the roof of the old President's "house".  I plan on doing that again soon and getting some pictures this time!

In the past four years I got divorced from a cheating soul sucking dream stealing ball crushing castrating bitch of a woman and remarried a woman 16 years my junior with whom I have subsequently had my first child at the advanced age of 39...I have been busy with seeing just how weird I can make my life...not that it serves as a reasonable excuse for not posting or answering emails...or that anyone wanted to hear my incredibly f*cked up life story. In any case, please assume that I am sorry if I messsaged any of you and then disappeared from the ether for a while. Getting back in the saddle soon as little Kennedy sleeps more than 4 hours at a whack
either way, I want to meet up with folks in my area and start exploring again. I sent one fellow UE member a lead on a place in Southern tennessee I noticed and hopefully I will get to go check it out too.
I am planning on having time during XMAS break (i teach school) to go hit some sites if any are interested...
and this time I WILL email back
