| | | New UER For the Long Beach People. < on 6/29/2009 4:06 PM >
| | | So I found this place driving around the local cemetery at night, after a single glance, I knew I just had to visit at night and do some light painting. Not sure if any of you have been here yet but enjoy and message about the details or share some. Its largely abandoned but security was an issue towards the end of my trip.

| | | I explored this last Friday. I took these photos then, so if you were to visit it this exact second, it will look like what you see in the photos minus the lighting. [last edit 6/29/2009 5:56 PM by roguexantic - edited 1 times]

The point being, UER means Urban Exploration Resource. Which is not a verb. UE can be a verb, however.

Excuse them, it happens all the time on UER. Minister Mud used to go to here all the time a couple of years ago. Here is a link to one of his posts, but the pics are gone. http://www.uer.ca/...fid=1&msgid=490146

Another case of 'can' vs. 'should.' Youeeying is somewhat better than youeeyarring, although that's like a choice of which testicle to have removed by angry bears.

I liked your pictures. Were you able to climb those stacks? I enjoy climbing things but usually chicken out around 40 feet of ladder. I can do staggered stairs ok though. Welcome to UER - have fun exploring and go to meetups. It's good for you! [last edit 6/30/2009 3:31 AM by AnAppleSnail - edited 2 times]

It's just our way of razing or welcoming you to the forum. Don't take it too personally. But please don't ask for locations or ways to get in. That'll make us seal our mouths shut. You gotta earn our trust...

But if they seal his mouth shut doesn't that mean that everybody's going to want to get in there, take pictures and brag about it... I mean, uhmm, oh, uhhh, this could get awkward.

I maintain that 'one' can be considered close-knit. Although as long as Drooldog and I continue exploring together I'll have someone to hold the light for putting the pry key in place...
