Abandoned mill of some kind. South Eureka

many of the local junkies and bums call it Satan's playground. it's torn up pretty bad, probably because the coast is less than 50 feet away. but whats left is a beautiful utopia of dirty needles and broken bottles. Very hot spot for criminally intent folk, such as gangs. I slept here a few times, I don't recommend it. It's on the very south part of town, right behind the Bayshore Mall.

I'm moving to Eureka sometime in the next 3 years, and I'd love to see more locations like this. I'm sure there are ton of abandoned houses in Fortuna and Arcata with the current economy.

Nice pics, sir.

Leaving it as I found it since 1987.
