made it back here again to find it totally cleaned up, squatters gone, and the entrances resealed (except maybe for a secret one). looks as if this one won't be around too much longer.

Totally gorgeous photos. #5 is especially pretty. Man these are awesome. Is this what you did while Rory and i were plotting all day at my house?

12. "Help me overcome" That statement might as well be a cry for help from such a marvelous building.

Remarkably attractive on the exterior. Nice work.

Leaving it as I found it since 1987.

Very nice, The place is so clean. Why would they clean it up?
To sell it or tear it down?

Great site! What an incredible place. 6, 11, 13, 15 & 17 are my favorites.

It would be a bummer if they tore this down, it's a beautiful building. Any idea what this place was?

thanks for the comments everyone

Dave: yes, this is what I did while you guys were plotting.

Synonyx: don't kick yourself too hard. This place is a pain in the ass to get into now. Your tip out here might have been in vain.

Uniquestyle: I don't think that they are going to tear down this building due to historical value. I think it's being cleaned to be fixed up and used for something. Why clean up a building just to tear it down?

YouOnlyLiveOnce: this used to be a community center for women. it was built in 1925 and then abandoned in 1996 because it was too costly to maintain.

Man, these are awesome.

I would love to go shoot there myself. Love the pool shots, especially.

And I'd totally buy prints of these.
