solid weld or tac welded?

Does that even matter?(rhetorical question)

To bust a tack, your are going to need a sledge hammer, and even then luck might not be on your side. As anyone who has ever worked with metal will know: Hitting a steel door with a sledge is really fucking loud and destructive. Remember that some of those doors are original (ie they are antique, and not worth damaging)

And if they are solid welds, you will need a torch and maybe a grinder. You will also need to know what you are doing. So I would say leave it be.

Maybe hes a welding enthusiast and gets a hard on over well done welding. Sometimes when i see nicely done TIG welds on a car part, my pecker gets stiff. Just sayin'.

Nothing pisses me off more than seeing a bad weld. When they look like swiss cheese, you know someone was slacking off. In which case I would love to have their job.

Speaking of hard-ons, I remember the first time I did a perfect weld with a 7018 rod. All of the slag came off in one piece and I didn't need to use my hammer. I almost popped an erection I was so excited.
