Yep,

After a concert by my house A bunch of my friends and I walked to our cars, on the way we noticed a house hidden behind high grass, trees and bushes. It looked very run down, and considering the area it was in (college neighborhood, demolishing all houses to make parking lots) I figured it was abandoned. Obviously I did a check around with everyone. You couldn't get near the windows to look in as it was attached to vines. Just to check, we knocked on the door. About 5 times and no one answered. So we kicked in the door and the minute we walked in we noticed it was some guys work space (he turned this house into a place for him to work in peace I s'pose) and we found so much stuff, computers, phones, fax machines, treadmills? family pictures... Yeah needless to say we left lol.

I found a place a town away from here with overgrown grass, a dilapidated structure, an entire house full of crap, etc. I checked the doors first, found one completely unlocked, so I went in. It looked like someone could have lived there in filth, or it had been abandoned for at least 5 years... I looked around, saw nothing special, and left.

I about a week later, to find the same door unlocked, everything looking the same outside, but when I came inside, I noticed someone's parole agreements on the kitchen table with a date only 3 days before...

Yeah, I ran, and as I was sliding down the side of the house I bumped into the electrical box...with the meter running...so obvious on the side of any house... Now I check those. If they're moving or indicating active electricity in any way, I don't go in.
