hello everyone,

i'm sure this place has already been done to death but i figured it's about time i share some of my pics.

this is from the factory under the transcanada.. never quite figured out what it was.. love the place though (contrary to what some people said here) it's an amazing spot, that is, if you're into graffiti

Tonight's the night as many of us chose this evening to post pictures at the same time.

I like the fan shot, that thing looks like it is big.

Geo W. Reed. made train axles during normal times, tanks during WW2.

Geo Reed circa 2005.

Blame UER for the JPEG compression.

Geo Reed is a classic.

But it is the Ville Marie Expressway, not the Trans Canada.

I was there today and there was way to much interest in the place by the Hortons, et al. Anyone know why? They seem to have trashed the camp, not very nice, and they *gasp* locked the gate! Plus, they parked in front of ren and stimpy, which is just wrong...

I’m quite positive that you’ve slept with someone uglier than me, and I’m sure I’ve slept with someone hotter than you. So let’s just call it a draw.

The Trans Canada is the 40, also known on the east side of the island as the Metropolitan.

also known for short as "The Met" by anglo montrealers, and it is referred to as the met on the radio during traffic reports..

I used to like seeing the helicopters ... now they only use jam cams

Oh no! They locked the gate? What I am gonna do? Like... enter by any other opening like any old windows, main exit for trains or the used-to-be-door that is now non-existent??? lol C'est plus difficile de rentrer dans un dépanneur que de rentrer à Geo Reed. Seriously.

That's not entirely true.. when there was mud down inside the east side big entrance (where they dug up the floor)... it made me walk around to the south side and go in a different way...

The only time a depaneur is that hard to get in is when you're trying to sneak in with rollerblades without the guy seeing untill you're leaving.

I thought that the *gasp* signified my amazement at the lack of efficiency of the job they'd done...
