I'd like to introduce everyone to a side of Huntington Beach that many have unfortunately overlooked over the years. This abandoned Lumber Yard is extremely accessible and easily one of the better destinations Surf City has to offer.

Is the car abandoned too? I wouldn't mind a mid 50's Oldsmobile...

Finally, something to explore in Orange County besides El Toro. I'll have to check it out. Is security tight there?

Thank you for the photos and location. Actually, I spent an hour on google earth trying to find the thing, but I'll give you credit!

So, the other night we made a little impromptu. No lights, tripod or decent camera, but I will be back there again. Although I could walk over there, it was worth a longer drive to see it.

I'm not sure on protocol, please accept my apology in advance if I am hijacking, but I wanted to leave some shots of the recon.

So It's been a year since somebody asked about that '56 Olds, I wonder if it's still there? How about it Ratter? you're the closest.

No car and possibly being reactivated or at least used for storage. The company is still around they just moved that location to Buena Park or Santa Ana.

Only golf carts and an engine block. I keep seeing deliveries of milled lumber so the grinch is probably correct on that as well.

Bummer, I was hoping we would end up with an L.A/O.C UER URBEX/surf bomber.
Those things hold six people, with three more in the trunk!!
