| | | | Merci l'Expo, Des bâtiments de Seagram sur Newman sont patrimoine et ne peuvent être démolis, j'ai pu jetter un très court coup d'oeil à l'intérieur enfin! Le Store-All dans la GF occup presque tout l'espace original du "café" le Maxim building aussi, mais seulement le rez-de-chaussée (option d'aggrandissement sur les étages) Bref il n'y a que la tour et le bureau qui n'est pas utilisé.

| | | | il reste un building de seagram sur newman dans son etat original, lautre, 1 etage est la base de un des anciens entrepots, demoli en 1997, il y avais un autre entrepot plusiers etages ou se trouve le parking de labatt et il y avais 4 autres ou se trouve tribospec. Ils ont demoli la tour qui contenais l'alambic en 1996 (ca au niveau architecturel etait criminel)
au total dans les annees 90 ils ont demoli 12 entrepots sur le site seagram et enfoui tout les tunnels sous newman et lafleur.

Mouhahaha. Un stationnement incitatif sur le boulevard Taschereau, ça serait pas mal incroyable considérant que tout Taschereau c'est un gros parking quant à moi...Pis y'a un méga parking incitatif à 3 coins de rues de là.
Mais un IGA, ça semble pas mal officiel.
Mes 2 préférés :
Le miroir au plafond au-dessus du lit rond et à côté du tourbillon en coeur (!)
Et la panoplie de miroir en angle pour bien se voir pendant... en tk. Avec encore miroir au plafond du lit ET du tourbillon.
... et le tapis shag autour des tourbillons grrrrr! Ron Jeremy serait au Paradis.

il y a deja un NOUVEAU iga extra a 500 pieds de ce motel sur lancien site du bonimart alors ca serai pas un IGA. les rumeur que jai entendu de mes amis a greenfield park sont pas mal certain pour le parking incitatif. cest rentable, un commercant ici a chateauguay a demoli son commerce car le loyer payer par le AMT pour le parking incitatif etait plus lucratif que son commerce, et moins fort au niveau de travail

porter attention au décor kitch chinois du resto, tout est au thème chinois dragon et il y a toujours le ptit vert menthe un peu partout.
Il y a un presque pareil mais plus petit en face de chez moi:
New King Wah. Rien n'a changé depuis 35 ans: il y a encore la vieille horloge Molson, les panneaux de bois scultés, les buffet en placage faux bois, et la céramique aux motifs de pagode.

oui le super mercado etait un bonimart, quand la baie a acheter towers (oshawa group) en 90 la plupart des towers/bonimart ont ete converti en zellers. souvent on trouvais un IGA a cote du bonimart parce que a lepoque IGA Boniprix appartenais a oshawa (chateauguay et st leonard des bonnes exemples) mais comme il y avais un zellers en face elle a ferme. kenny wong se trouvais sur ce "parcel" proche de taschereau
