Really though, it will become obvious who is a nuisance. Generally Brits who used to go by the name of Intallex/Twin Turbo are the main candidates.
Donated time involves chattering out code or pics or something.
Trusted means a moderator actually knows you in real life, or trusts you enough to meet up with you alone in a dark alley.
Nobody will not agree with the Russians, ever on anything.
