I am going to in in the Montreal area April 27th to the 30th and was wondering if anyone would mind giving me a few hints on places I may want to hit up for some UE.

Anything would be great, Sadly I am not a full member yet so don't have access to the database.

If you've never see anything in montreal:

The dow brewery is one of the most explored place in montreal

Malt plant is also pretty big and has been explored for many years
http://66.130.150....g/index%20malt.htm

Both place have been visited by most Explorers from Montréal, and are usually easy to acces . You can do them hardcore or take them easy as they are pretty big places.

More easy and little, there is also

Thanks a ton. How far are these places from downtown Montreal? I'll have my girlfriend translate (I can't speak french sadly) but maybe you can answer before she gets here tomorrow.

May I rectify this and say that not only most abandonment in Montreal is obviously accessible by car by it's 99,99% of the time also easily accessible by subway and/or bus.

Dow, Malt Plant, Wellington, Geo Reed... all accessible by transit.

And really, Dow is pretty darn smack downtown.

Cool.

We won't have a car while there (We are traveling by train across the country) so downtown sites are best.

anyone want to meet up and give a tour?

Metro bonaventure, look for direction for the Planetarium, you'll find the Dow
Wellington is pretty close.

Dow, doesnt have many windows , bring flashlites and spares
