Out of place things found while riding the bay area trails

These tanks were up in the Santa Cruz mountains, the tanks might not be too strange but the graffiti is kinda out of place.

Its a bad cell phone pic, but the sign thats being slowly eaten up by the tree is a NO PARKING sign in the Belmont hills.

This car is on a trail called Rambler in the Belmont hills, I was told that the trail got its name from the car because its an old Rambler? As you can see I fell off of the bridge on one of my crossing attempts, luckily I was not impaled by the jagged window frame. The current bridge is half the size of the one pictured here and at a terrible angle.

Ya, they're big metal round, cylindrical tubes that you fill with water. Water tanks!

Nice outing! I used to bike a lot. I still have a Giant, 2 Specialized, and a Schwinn sitting in storage.

An armed society, is a polite society. So lets get to it!

In that pic from left to right we have a Giant (VT 2), Specialized (Enduro) and a Santa Cruz (Heckler). I've got 2 Specialized and a GT

There's a place in the Almaden Quicksilver park on Mine Hill Rd the we used to call Chrysler Bend because of the 2 Chryslers (or at least 1, the other looks like a Packard) from the 30's and 40's that are half buried into the hillside and appear to be holding up some of the roadway embankment.

Anybody ever seen these. I never got a picture of them when I lived there.

Also, the Guadalupe Reservoir bottom is/was littered with dozens of cars. They drained it about 10 years ago. I remember 2 VW bugs out in the center, and overturned pontiac, and a Jeep CJ-7. Fortunately, there were no bodies in those cars.
