Your parent is a douche bag for taking this to a newspaper. Nothing in those documents would be at all difficult for anyone to find out, so all of this hullabaloo only servers to increase anxiety and to convince politicians that they need to do more to restrict citizens' rights. If you feel like shit should be returned, return it to the owners. Or, more logically, since the owner threw it the fuck out, just keep it or destroy it.

Yeah, Its not like I did it for publicity, i just found them and they where pretty cool, then I decided to turn them in, but it was done anonymously so that no questions where asked.
