You have about 2 maybe 3 days before developers take this place out with new housing. I am pretty sure the zoneing board is going to give the building up. When you drive down the road(see map in beaufort gazette) you will want to turn left adjacent to the church. As you go down the road you will see a small dirt road going by a house paralleling the train tracks. Head back a ways and you will find the building.
I went by at night, but didn't have time/energy to do any exploring. To bad this wasn't found sooner but hey you might get something interesting the top link guy got some good photos.
