With the current prices of copper, it's probably one of the most profitable manufacturing bussniess in Montreal these days , even tough it's so old. Give it another economic cycle and it will probably close ;) .

well there's 25% of the employees since when my grand dad worked there... they changed everything to computers..
But just because they refine copper, they also refine other metals such as gold since when you bring in the raw substance into the plant it isn't pure so they dont throw anything valuable away.
