i've been inside numerous times in the past few months because i live right down the street from it, and no one patrol has ever been inside. i ran into a few juvenile kids once but that's about it (even though i just noticed somebody tagged the tower on the roof.) as far as construction goes, nothing has been done in quite some time. there is evidence that they were fixing it up, but have recently ceased.

I live down the street from it as well and I read the security reports and they regularly go by and and remove graffiti. I didn't mean to imply that they go in the building, but they do if they see anything suspicious. And the construction is on a whenever-they-feel-like-it basis so you never know when they will be there working.
