Généralement les gens d'ici sont assez avare avec leur endroits abandonnées et (en général) ne donnent pas d'information aux nouveau qui le demande.

I am from Montreal, my friends call me Prince. I am interested in Montreal's urban legends and i am really curious. I enjoy reading this forum really much and i appreciate the work you guys explorers...this permit to unveil a lot of secret places. I like my city as it has a really eerie and mysterious vibes...
I heard about many other secret places in Montreal but i dunno if its true of not thats what basicly make me interesting in Urban exploration even tho i am too lazy to do it myself. So i am mainly a reader of this forum. I really liked the messages about the Secte building in Rawdon... and the story about Temple solaire burned building.
.......Here are the Urban legends that i hear of..............
I heard about a secret metro line directly to Dorval airport that is supposed to only be used in case of emergency. At first i tought it was from Namur to Dorval but one day i asked a bus driver about it and my question was "Is this true that there is a secret metro line going to Dorval airport?" then he replied "No its not true , there is no secret metro line going from Angrigon to Dorval directly" weird...i never mentioned Angrigon in my question.
There is also rumors that down under mc gill metro...there is a secret military base. Now not used anymore. And converted into condominium for the rich. Some person confirmed this rumor to me 4 years ago but said the base is little bit more west... The electronic album of Jerome Miniere "Hericopter" is inspired from this runor.
One semi-psycho man who always come to speak to me at the job told me while licsening to the "works of the communes" heard about secret military budgets. He told me there is a underground complex millitary around Pie ix area and the park.
There is also a rumor about some secret tunnel going from the millitary base near the metro prefontaine going directly to Mont-St-Hilaire...and to the pratt and whitney factory.
I heard also about secret tunnels and secret lofts in the building of bell Canada. Near metro Square victoria.
There are also a lot of private clubs in Montreal only for the use of the elite illuminatists...only old victorian buildings...interesting. here is the list of what i collected and the adresses if that may intereste somebody:

1)Metro to Dorval : was planned but never realized. Same as the metro to Mirabel Airport. If you go down in the lower levels of Mirabel, you'll find the train station that was supposed to become the end of the line. It's abandoned and was never connected to anything.
2)Secret base station : yes but not under McGill, but it's close enough that I guess you could say it's almost next door. Some people from this forum actually got down there through tunnels and made it to the doors that leads to the entry from the tunnels. These are not active anymore but could be reactivated in probably less than a week. I know of 3 specific bunkers in the same area.
3)There are tons of secret military budget, JTF2 is a good example of how it's used. All countries have this, it's nothing unique. I would doubt your info about Pie-9 though... Although I remember there was some training center there during WW2 but I'm not aware of anything recent there...
4)Tunnels to Mont St-Hilaire and P&W :doubt it.
5)Bell Canada : yep. Absolutely. If you type in the right words, you'll even find pics on Google.
6)privates clubs : yeah tons of them
7)Opus Dei : yeah, it's no secret, it's public and I believe they are now even listed in the phone book.

Je me suis installé à Montréal il y a quelques mois et maintenant que le rythme est pris je serais ravi de reprendre l'explo urbaine ici.
J'ai vu qu'il y avait une rencontre début janvier. On s'y croisera peut-être ? D'ici la, si il y a des gens qui passent la période des fêtes à Paris et qui veulent visiter le sous sol parisien, ca sera avec plaisir...
