There is also a "semi-active" with security, semiconductor plant in Orlando called Cirent semiconductor/Agere that I used to work @. Has its own power plant, Water plant and much more. Used to employ 3000 people at its peak. Can contain hazardous materials though, We had an "Acid" spill and everyone was in their SCBA's and Tyvek suites... In great condition if you can get past the guards...
BLDG 60, 31, 30 and the MOL... plus water plant and elec. plant...

I don't suppose you have any pictures...?

Probably not the best location for me; I'm far more clumsy than stealthy. Interesting anyway, though.

No, cameras were not allowed when I worked there... If you are traveling from Orlando on John young, get to Sandlake and about a mile south of sandlake there is a light and on the left side you will see a sign for "agere systems" there is an empty guard post @ the entrance... Be wise, there used to be an active security camera monitoring all cars going in and out of that entrance. There is also a back way to the site, accessable by OBT and the first light after the Beeline (From Orlando)... this is a perimeter road and you can surveil all you would need... The nearest major cross roads are:
John young/ sand Lake and it bordered by the Beeline/528 to the south of the property... Check out your mapware... Google has the whole site... Total of six buildings plus power plant... Consulate dr is the perimeter road name...

Just wow dude

I'm overly dramatic online AND I only explore for validation. I'm a double threat.

TN, GA,... The paint is pretty good but the thinner is better... NOMEUS has it right... Sorry for all you other folks in those states.. why visit FLA. if there is not a damn thing here??? I am not in central florida anymore... As I can see, Things have changed there since I have been gone. South Fl. /Miami has lots to offer, and being with a development company, I have seen lots of stuff you people from out of state would die over Missile bases, airports, deco buildings, hospitals, warehouses, CIA stations... Whatever...
Florida sucks please dont come here...

Yes, that is it... The big rectangular structure in the middle is BLDG 30, MOL (Main Operating level)... you can see the various cooling towers and the Power plant, water plant, BLDG31, BLDG 40, and BLDG 60 with the ADRF under construction... This is when it was in full operation, my car is somewhere in that parking lot... somwhere in ... let me see if i can find some stuff...

There used to be "microchips" in our id Badges that we used to put on this card reader to get in in... very high security, @ time of operation. It could tell exactly where we were in the plant... neat stuff in there if you get in...., if it hasn't been gutted by this time...
