I'm fairly confident that the site's round-the-clock staffing through last December if truthfully emphasized would have been no less effective at discouraging the bored-kids-with-flashlights and hacks-with-radios portions of the local explorer community from visiting the site before decommissioning had been completed. You lied for privilege, and that's thoroughly rotten.
