Meeting up at a Starbucks or somethin' would be cool to break the ice...Of course, a 'legal' mission to Kress or Maas Bros. would, too...but it might be a good idea to get together first so everyone can get a better idea of everyone else's experience level and character...Hope we can at least go out for coffee soon, since i'll be out of commission soon!!!

I just found out about that one today.. don't know how reliable the source on that is. But I did find out about what I'm told is an abandoned train yard, and personally know someone who goes there on a regular basis.. I've seen some photos to prove this one. Let me know if you are gettin together and I'll see what I can do to join.

| | | | Wow, Thank god I friking saw this thread before anythign happened. Hey guys I live in Orlando florida (smack in the middle of florida I guess) and I know many places to explore. some of them are in the database. These are the one I know:
1) Splendid china (or whats left of it)
2)Army Barracs (sort of housing complex).
3) The old Army's DMV and housing
4) Old train station (Army's)
5) Abandoned Apartments near the airport
6) Abandoned Resort (with 2 pools, 3x(3story buildings), Convention center, and Restaurant/club.)
All of these except for Splendid china are easy access. The resort and the apartments are fenced, but I've been there a couple of times and there's nothing to protect anyways. PM me about plans. I will drive to other places too (tampa, melburne, daytona, and if given time: Miami) so let me know.

I think the psych hospital you were told of is called Sunland Orlando and if thats the place it has been demolished. Sorry to dissappoint you if I did.

It was demolished WAY long time ago. But its sister hospital in Tallahassee is still standing and its only a matter of time before its demolished. Its frikign cool check the Database.

I live in miami also. No fair... I don't have a car or any possible way to get over to Tampa.
I'm a complete newbie when it comes to UE. I've only attempted UE once and I had to turn back because my friends were getting scared. I was going to this place on Krome (Abandoned Asylum? Or so I've been told) with some friends. We didn't know the place had guards till we drove past it on the way back home.
If I'm screwing up, set me straight please. XD

I may be heading down that way towards the end of March, and I've still got parts of that hospital to visit... give me a heads up if you're planning any trips around that time.
I don't know much about other florida locations, but there are quite a few small towns along the highways coming into tallahassee that appear largely abandoned.
