You have been outright misinformed, probably by Agent K, who is outright confused about that. Girls don't enter into this in anyway. Jealously or competition don't enter into at all, in any way on either side. This is only about an incident that not only shouldn't have happened by shouldn't have been boasted about... in my opinion (which doesn't mean jack to anyone). By the way, in the drain, made of concrete, with a floor of water, there is no danger of anything burning using fireworks. The only person or thing at risk that time was me, and note I have never posted the video or reported that incident.

Actually K has shown great tact. All he said was that something happened involving a girl and that since then you two have split. That is all I know. I get the impression there is more to it than that but he seems pretty confused about it. I feel a definite negative vibe from you and I cannot explain it. I did not do anything to you and if I did you never told me. I am too ignorant to realize and will just have to sit here in the dark, working off of assumptions and misconception. You were not the only person at risk. Risky envours endanger all members of an exploring group. If shit hits the fan, who deals with police, abulance, rescue etc? Who has to roll your burning flsh on the ground to put the fire out? I however am perfectly content to take that risk with you. I have a great level of trust for you and take full repsonsibility for your actions. To me that is the definition of trust. Not trusting that shit won't happen due to your actions, but trusting that I am ok with it happening. And that drain is quite flammable as like all storage ducts, methane and H2S is quite common. But again I was willing to accept that risk and was aware of it at the time.

| | | As always I totally respect Kowalski's views. I do admit, I do care what he thinks as he is one of the smartest explorers I have ever met and respect him a great deal. I will consider the post closed and if anyone wants to continue the discussion they can msn or email me in private. I am off to work which I have skipped for the last 3 hours for this stuff and be back here another day.
