| | | oddly enough, when I got home tonite, i found an issue of Smithsonian Magazine on the kitchen table. My mom had opened to an article in the very back on Urban Exploration... apparently an explorer from an NYC took a writer from the mag up to Rochester to explore the abandoned subway... it was a fluffy article and tried to put a free-wheeling hippie spin on UE. Kinda of a strange article anyways. Smithsonian Magazine, April 2004. Samurai

| | | UE is not as illegal as we act like it is. Yes sometimes we commit trespass but not oftem as your think. Make sure you aware of your local laws about trespass.
If you ever come to Calgary then email Satan@uea.ca and you'll be made welcome, taken to locations and given free accommodation. We'll help save you the $$$ you spend on the flight over here :) |

| | | nice article, i like the comparison of trespassing to speeding. speeding is probably more dangerous to more people, yet i'm certain more people are guilty of this crime...

| | | Posted by mox25 I really don't want alot of people finding out about UE'ing its like street racing. Its illegal, but it didn't become a problem until F and F come out, and missed everything up. Then every stupid kid with moms civic wanted to do it. Keep it low key, keep it to yourself.

just think tho, if a uer movie ever comes out (The slow, and the mild mannered) we can say, buncha posers, i did it before it was cool
