I apologize for this post, I don't mean to clutter up the board, but I'm trying to figure out how to embed a video in a post, rather than just posting a link, so here it goes.

It also works with Vimeo.
just replace the
[youtube=XXXXXXX]
with
[vimeo=XXXXXXX]
