Off topic, I'm haven't been really happy with QOTSA since the red album. Makes me miss the real Kyuss even more.

Thanks man! I do the desert at least twice a year....and It's all ready been 3 times since January. Just love the driving, the open road, etc.
2 members of Kyuss have reformed as "Vista Chino"....they toured without Josh Homme for a while as "Kyuss Lives" but I think when they decided to start recording, a legal battle ensued regarding the name, blah blah blah, etc. Regardless, Kyuss is probably never going to be Kyuss again, as Josh Homme has plenty of other projects going on. Doesn't stop me from listening to them when I'm down there though. I also haven't picked any QOTSA since the red album....
