Worth the wait

Finally me and my group gathered the balls to get into thus little gem, which has signs all over indicating a 24 hr guard. Psh yea right. We watched for an hour and no movement. Getting in was too easy, avoiding 1 possible guard of such a large place was the problem. I am not one to be frightened by abandoned places, haunted or otherwise. This place had me trembling, must be all the Walking Dead I’ve been watching. I was so sure a hoard of zombies would pop out any moment. But we only explored the bottom level of the complex. We found dome cameras, which we are unsure if active. Online research of this place, history or any other exploration cease to exist. No tagging, no broken windows. 75% of doors unlocked. Perfect. We are planning another infiltration, if work/school schedules permit within the next month. I eagerly wait. For now here are some pics including one of the morgues. Yes, I believe there are more in the basement. I am hoping to de-virginize enough abandoned places in hopes of getting full membership. If all goes well I may host a uer event here in the future. (My camera battery was flashing red so I was unable to get good shots, just trying to get a few before it died on me!)

1) No, not a way in...

2) only the dead walk inside these walls

3) about 1000 on the spooky scale

9) we were really put off by some myserious ooze...
10) yuk factor

11)stuff is from like the 30's

12) lots of these doors

13) this made me cringe remember the scene from haloween:h20

Wow! Nice find. I wonder what that scale is used for in #9? Weighing organs?

Hospital I used to work in Galveston, Texas had a scale setup like this in the morgue. It was used to record the weight of various organs during autopsy. In this case, I have no clue what this one is used for.

The scale is for weighing organs and what ever else they want to weigh. The table next to it with all of the bars across it is specifically designed for all of the fluids from the body to drain through. Great explore by the way. Hospitals are just such a goldmine to many here....

Awesome! I love getting some hospitals. This one is a bit more run down than my local one. Keep on hitting it up!

That scale is used by the bounty hunters to weigh the jewelry and other treasures that they collect from their most recent kills
