Lots of controversy and currently being scrapped to death, someone even ripped the copper roof off a few years ago.
These are all housing records from the senior housign days, tax forms, info, etc

| | | | This place was a pretty fun explore when we went a couple months ago. The main floor and the attic were the best parts. It's a shame the vandals had to go and ruin the piano in the room where you enter at. It was there forever in decent condition then on the floor in pieces over night

I read a blog from some 'artists' who said some 'art' group who thinks Urbex is a joke, but ironically they are doing it to do their 'art', blew up the piano with some 1/4 sticks.

so then homeless people who live in abandoned blgs are "urbexing" too? firefighters who put out fires are "urbexing"? were cavemen urbexing when neanderthal man first crawled into a hole to make a home? please.
i dont think that guy who wrote that really meant to portray the group in question as "artists" either, i tihnk he was being sarcastic to make a point about snooty hipsters in the city who consider themselves artists and whine about vandals. theres no question--they are vandals--but nonetheless, he makes a very good point in his blog.
